My expertise spans Revenue Management, Operations, Training, and Process Validation & Pilot Implementation. I enjoy digging into how things work, identifying where we can improve, and turning complex ideas into practical solutions. Before stepping into my current role, I served as a Facility Manager, where I significantly increased revenue, improved operational consistency, and strengthened team performance at the locations I managed.
