Michael was a firefighter/paramedic in SC and VA. When he had to change careers, he went back to school and earned a degree in Electronics. He has spent the last 24 years in retail as a store manager and then IT repair in various capacities. He has earned certifications from Google as IT Support Technician and Apple as a Certified Apple Technician. His approach to IT is to not only solve issues that arise but also presenting solutions that can make processes more efficient.
